Mezzo-soprano JESSICA MILLER (Savitri) arrived in New York after completing her Bachelor of Music Degree at Northwestern University. Since her arrival, she has had the opportunity to participate in the Manhattan School of Music Opera Theater production of Argento’s Postcard from Morocco, covering the role of Lady with the Hat Box. She was also a participant in The Handel Project’s production of Ariodante. Ms. Miller spent this past summer with the Opera Theater of St. Louis as Zhena in Katya Kabanova and covering the role of Seibel in Gounod’s Faust as part of their Young Artist Program. She made her solo debut with the Manhattan School of Music Symphony, performing Mahler’s Songs of a Wayfarer at The Riverside Church.
